The contract will contain the special conditions governing the legal relationship between the Site Administrator and the Site Visitor. LEMACARTON supplies / manufactures the products only for legal entities.

The first step for concluding the contract, or for placing an order is made by requesting an offer on the Site. The administrator will contact the client by e-mail. If for the preparation of a corresponding offer it will be necessary other information, the Administrator will request this data by e-mail. Based on the information provided by the client / visitor of the Site, the Administrator will prepare the offer. The offer will be communicated by e-mail. The offer prepared by LEMACARTON, in response to the client’s request by filling in the offer form, can be modified according to the client’s needs.

A minimum order number exists for each model / type of packaging.

If the visitor of the Site / the client accepts the offer, the parties will conclude a contract, the object of which will be the supply of the products by the Administrator, under the conditions established by the Beneficiary.

If there is a conflict between the Contract and these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the contract must be applied.

5. Request for a quotation

In order to be able to purchase / order the products offered by LEMACARTON, it is necessary to conclude a contract. LEMACARTON prepares a customized plan / design. Any visitor who would like to benefit from the services offered / to purchase the products offered by LEMACARTON is recommended to fill in the order form.
